Winston - Boron II-MX Series
| Winston's new fresh and saltwater Boron II-MX series – the MX stands for maximum, as in maximum power, distance and fish fighting capabilities. The 4, 5, and 6-weights are slightly stiffer and faster than their Boron IIx counterparts; the 7-12-weights are true "cannons" that can handle sinking lines, big flies, and adverse wind conditions. While all eleven models feature faster actions and are capable of making long distance, 100+ foot casts, they will amaze you with their responsiveness and light weight. The rods come with a cork fighting butt and our new double locking reel seat. Whether you're chucking 6" long "grocery" flies or battling fly rod humbling winds, a Boron II-MX will get the job done. |

Winston - Boron IIt Series
| The Boron IIt series prove that advanced boron technology can be used to create exceptional medium-action fly rods. The series are extraordinarily lightweight rods that combine the powerful, highly responsive characteristics of Boron II with the legendary smoothness and delicacy of more traditional-action rods. The rods are a true breakthrough for anglers. |

Winston - Boron IIx Series
| The Boron IIx is five times as strong and twice as stiff as steel, yet lighter than aluminum; it adds 25% more strength to graphite while significantly reducing weight. The rods take full advantage of this material's amazing properties and have redefined the fast-action category. They are responsive, powerful, highly accurate fly rods with a very wide casting range. Whether it's gentle presentations up close or long casts of 100 feet, a Boron IIx can do it all. Incredibly light, these rods are a pleasure to cast all day, even the 10 and 12 weights. |

Winston - LT-5 Piece Series
| The smooth-casting, LT-5-piece rods series fish wonderfully and travel exceptionally well. The series sets the standard for multiple section rods. The rods have soft tips, actions that are slightly faster and crisper than the WT series and, of course, the distinctive feel found only in a Winston. The 5-section design features an internal spigot ferrule system, which ensures that the taper and internal diameter of one section of the rod exactly matches that of the adjoining section. The performance of these rods is unmatched in the category; a LT 5-piece is a great choice for hiking into a backcountry lake, going to New Zealand for a few weeks or just heading out on your home waters. |
